Zephyr Care Mental Health is a psychological testing practice based in Nashville, Tennessee and Murfreesboro, Tennessee offering both in-person and virtual evaluations for children, teens, and adults.
We provide comprehensive psychological testing for a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and more. A Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach to Psychological Testing
At Zephyr Care, we take a neurodiversity-affirming approach to evaluation. This means we recognize and respect natural differences in how people think, learn, and experience the world.
Many of the individuals we work with have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked, particularly those with high-masking presentations of ADHD or autism, or those who are also gifted or twice-exceptional (2e).
Our evaluations are designed to capture the full picture, not just surface-level symptoms. We focus on understanding each individual’s unique profile of strengths, challenges, and lived experiences so that recommendations are both accurate and genuinely helpful.

In-Person and Virtual Psychological Testing
We offer psychological testing in Nashville, Tennessee and Murfreesboro, Tennessee, as well as virtual evaluations through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Virtual testing allows us to work with individuals across the country while maintaining the same level of thoroughness and clinical quality as in-person assessments.
Serving Clients Across the U.S. Through PSYPACT
Zephyr Care Mental Health is a member of PSYPACT (the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact), which allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating states.
Through PSYPACT, we are able to offer virtual psychological testing to clients in most U.S. states, expanding access to comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming evaluations.
We currently serve clients in the following PSYPACT-participating states:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We can also see a limited number of clients in Massachusetts per year.
